Support The Culling Conundrum
A Groundbreaking Conservation Documentary
The Culling Conundrum is an urgent new documentary exploring the controversial role of culling and hunting in wildlife conservation.
Too often, these practices are seen as black-and-white — either cruel or essential. This film challenges that oversimplification. With powerful interviews, ecological case studies, and real-world examples, we uncover the complex decisions behind wildlife management in Africa and beyond.
We’re taking a balanced, non-biased approach, allowing the public to fully understand the facts — and decide where they stand.
Your contribution will help us fund:

Field production & expert interviews
-
Post-production & editing
-

This is more than a film. It’s a conversation that needs to happen — now.

Work with Elephants
African Elephant Research Unit

Since 2009, nestled within the beautiful Knysna Elephant Park in South Africa, AERU has grown into a passionate non-profit trust devoted to understanding and caring for African elephants. Our mission is clear: to combine rigorous scientific research with deep empathy, ensuring that every elephant in semi-captive care thrives with dignity and well-being. At AERU, we don’t just study elephants, we listen to their stories, observe their unique behaviours, and unlock the secrets of their biology and social lives. Our dedicated team of researchers, students, and volunteers commit many hours, gaining invaluable insights that help shape the future of elephant care and welfare across South Africa and beyond.
Your time here won’t just be about volunteering; it’s about becoming part of a community committed to ethical conservation and learning. Together, we gather crucial data that guides responsible elephant management; bridging science, education, and heartfelt connection. Whether day or night, your involvement helps protect these gentle giants and supports vital environmental education initiatives that inspire the next generation of conservationists.
Ready to make a real difference? Join us at AERU and become a vital part of a movement that’s changing elephant welfare from the ground up.
Your journey with these incredible beings and with us, starts here.
Work with Ubuntu Youth Outreach Project
South Africa
This program redefines environmental education by using adventure to build a deep, emotional connection between young people and the planet. Instead of simply lecturing about litter, plastic pollution, or resource overuse, we invite the youth to experience nature as a living, breathing force—something to care for, not just understand.
Through meaningful interaction with the wild, participants begin to feel their place within the greater web of life, discovering not only the impact they have, but the responsibility they share. It’s about cultivating stewardship, not through fear—but through awe, empathy, and a sense of belonging.
By nurturing this bond, we empower the next generation to protect our planet, respect all species, and shape a future that serves the greater good of all mankind.
